We are now looking for a Content Marketing Manager who will accelerate the development of our internal and external content. This position is part of a dynamic Global Marketing & Communications team with members both at our HQ in Malmö and other offices across the globe.

This position reports to the Marketing Operations Director and is based at our head office in central Malmö.


The role as Content Marketing Manager

Your will revolve around content management and social media marketing. Your skills will play a key role in helping our Group engage with customers and strengthen our brands. You will be responsible for our content production (for various platforms from print to online) –, idea sourcing, content planning, coordinating contributors, repurposing content, coordinating localization.

You will have the main responsibility for copywriting in English for different audiences, including proofreading. You will be a member of the Global Marketing Team consisting of 30+ members based in North America, Europe, and APAC. The membership enables involvement in the Group’s overall marketing strategies and projects.


Your Profile

  • You possess an extensive set of skills, within marketing communications and digital media.
  • You are a quick learner and can condense and explain complex topics.
  • You are a natural with social media and keen to learn about and follow online trends.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing and grammatical skills.
  • You have strong project management skills – have an eye for detail, great organizational skills can manage many deadlines and open projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • You can pitch and conceptualize in a cross-functional team, including engineer and sales.
  • You are a team player, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You love to take your own initiatives in order to develop your role and support your team.

  • Education in Marketing Communications / Digital Media / Journalism, or relevant.
  • Experience in content marketing or social media marketing, and project management.
  • Native English speaker, other languages a plus.
  • Experience in social media advertising, social listening and general web analytics tools is a plus.
