Open Position: Senior Sales Manager

Key tasks: 

  • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of China sales strategy.
  • Lead and work closely with sales managers and existing distributors to ensure alignment with China mid/ long term growth objectives and commitment.
  • Increase sales by developing relationships with current customers (distributors, dealers and key accounts), and by proactively developing new business leads. Be involved and take a hands-on role in the sales and distribution process.
  • Monitor and analyze market and customer activities to provide information for long term planning and business expansion.
  • Lead local sales teams with clear targets, follows up via KPI and annual objectives and gives a regular and structured feedback to subordinates.
  • Develop the sales forces and strengthen the competence of team member
  • Participates in solving problems, proposes innovative solutions and supports his peers in their job whenever needed
  • Other tasks assigned by GM

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years working experience in sales, marketing or business development managerial role with mechanical or engineering background in related industry. Multi-national invested company working experience preferred.
  • Self-starter, hands-on salesperson with proven leadership for a diversified sales team
  • Willing and able to travel frequently
  • Good English language skills orally and in writing
