Commercial Manager Expander Systems
Sales of Expander in Europe is of high strategical importance for the Nord-Lock Group and now we are looking for a Commercial Manager to develop sales of our Expander Pivot pin system. The position will be placed somewhere between Göteborg and Stockholm or close to our production facility in Linköping/Åtvidaberg.
The main role for this position is to support the sales development of Expander within the Regional (EMEA) sales organization.
As an experienced sales professional you will be responsible for leading, educating and driving sales within selected countries in Europe. You are motivated by the desire to develop a strong organization to reach business targets.
You will belong to the Swedish sales organization, but you will also report to Expander Division Director and to Regional Sales Director. Part of your task is to strengthen sales in Sweden.
- Development of a sales strategy for Expander, in cooperation with EMEA sales
- Manage the increase of sales resources to reach growth according to business plan
- Set a price policy to win orders to selected large OEM customers
- Train and develop the sales organization within Expander sales tools (Cadex, Toolbox)
- Perform over-all sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting for the business
We think you have at least 5 years’ experience in sales from a manufacturing industry to OEM and/or to aftersales. You have an education from a Technical University and/or Commercial study´s.
You should be fluent in English (speaking and writing) and if you have additional language skills from German, French, Italian or Spanish it´s an extra merit.

- You are communicative in a transparent way both internally and externally
- You are prepared to travel 50 % of your time, mostly in Europe
