Expander System passes 50 000h of testing with flying colors
The Expander System was field tested in the steering cylinder position on Volvo BM 4300 wheel loaders through four machine lives in Sweden over a period of six years.
The loaders were running 24/7 at the Swedish company LECA AB (Light Expanded Clay Aggregate) loading clay into their massive ovens making light weight clay balls used in masonry blocks with low weight and very high insulation values.
The excellent test results led VOLVO Construction Equipment to become one of Expander’s largest customers.
