The Challenge

The bearing play specified by the bearing manufacturer FAG for this tapered roller bearing could not be adjusted correctly. The existing bearing lock nut design and the tight space have prevented this.

The Solution

A Superbolt Bearing Lock Nut was quickly installed during a routine maintenance period. With simple tools, the bearing play was set immediately and the customer is completely satisfied.

Installation:

1 pcs SNM-40/W (M200x3), delivered within 48 hours.
